We are delighted to announce that the above National Heritage Lottery Fund bid has been successful!

It is our aim, to engage as many people as possible in a celebration of the region’s most amazing and significant ancient, veteran and notable trees. If you live in the Northumberland, Newcastle Upon Tyne or North Tyneside region You too can be a part of this amazing project and help ensure our regions trees are not only celebrated today but indeed can be celebrated for generations to come.

The official project launch date is Friday the 31st of August 2018 and all ATF members, volunteers and Friends of Kirkley Hall are duly invited. Please contact nick.johnson@nortland.ac.uk if you wish to attend and he will confirm details.
